Every form asks for your email address. Automated scoring pulls from that field, so it must be identical every single week. Your display name can change week to week — your email cannot.
Deadlines
Miss it and the picks don't count.

Anything submitted after the deadline will not count. Please keep it to 3 submissions per week max — it makes life easier on Paiva and Jurado.
Payouts

Exact payout amounts will be set once we know the final number of entries.
Weekly Winner
Top record each week takes a payout. Minimum $200 every week.
Confidence Pick
Most correct confidence picks on the season. Must come from that week's form. Hit it for an extra win; miss it for an extra loss. Tiebreaker is strength of confidence picks.
NFL Survivor
Straight-up winners, no spread. Pick any NFL team, but you can't reuse a team. A tie is a loss. No mulligans — one loss and you're out. Tracked on its own tab.
Anytime TD Survivor
Pick an NFL player who scores a TD. Player must be on a team in that week's sheet, and it must be the player crossing the goal line with the ball. No repeat players. One mulligan — two losses and you're out.
The Bracket Game
March Madness–style head-to-head tournament. Two-week matchups, winner advances. Weeks 1–7 set your seed. Exact timeline set once entries are final.
Best College Record
Best record across college games only.
Best NFL Record
Best record across NFL games only.
Second Half Champion
Everyone's record resets after Week 9 for this game only. Best record over the final 9 weeks wins.
Last Place
Yes, last place gets paid. The catch: you cannot miss a single pick all season. Miss one and you're disqualified from this prize.
The Perfect Week
First person to go 15-0 in a week takes the pot. If nobody does it all season, it rolls over again. Currently $450 rolled over from last year, plus whatever gets added this season.
